Great Trainer

Very informative - only downside was the audio connection (due to the echo of the trainers voice) - the trainer provider extra time to cover the parts I missed.

It was a really useful and interesting session, and impressively engaging for a Zoom training session that lasted all day!

Brilliant training. Happy came up trumps once again as I well expected. Nicky was very engaging, confident and knowledgeable. I heard from 2 participants that it's the best managers training they've had, so there's no need to say any more
