I really enjoy the online model of learning. Far more inclusive than classroom based.

I am happy with the course. I was not sure what to expect (per say) but I think it was very informative and reflective on how we communicate with people, before we look at how other people communicate with us. I like the two trainers we got.

Excellent course which really focus' on the importance of self-awareness and building confidence and resilience.

Great course & great tutor sometimes its hard doing training over zoom but Mike kept us engaged & was excellent
