I thought the course was a really nice blend of group discussion and information sharing. Paul was friendly and provided good information and structure throughout. So the course timings were spot on (no surprise there I guess!)

The course was quite different to what I expected, it involved more self-reflection and deep thinking and has really helped me realise that what I'm doing most of the time isn't 'true work' but managing my workload and organising tasks without giving myself sufficient time to complete them. There were some great tips and ideas, some of which I think will make a huge difference to me and with positive impacts for the wider team.
The course was not what I initially anticipated. It was a lot more collaborative and less prescriptive in what to do. Paul was a really good presenter and fascilitator.

I found it incredibly informative and helpful. It was so lovely to be able to open up in small groups and the larger group. It was a lovely and supportive environment.
Fabulous course that has taught me sooo many skills to take away and actually use! our facilitator couldn't have been better and involved everyone in the sessions as well as giving us private time to personally reflect on our challenges - would give the whole course a 10/10 overall!!
Really useful training. Well facilitated. Group discussion and hearing other people's experiences was really powerful. Great opportunity to reflect and try and put doubts / fears in perspective!
It was a good time and I am learning a lot from team experience and discussion about deference of manager and leader. Connection to this the team group division in small group helps as to discussed thoroughly on the issue.
The course was really well run, our facilitator was amazing and made sure everyone was involved. Very happy with Happy.
