One of the best courses I have done, really engaging and I didn't find myself forcing myself to concentrate or writing notes just to try and keep engaged because I was genuinely engaged and learning the whole day. Lots of activities and examples that can be used in real life scenarios so practical applicability was really good.

Sal was a really good trainer. Given that the session was on zoom, She was clear and communicated very well with the group. Sal's interaction ensured the group were participating and engaged. Even with the technical difficulties at the start, Sal took her time to ensure everyone was happy and set for the day. the resources were informative and easy to follow. Sal was excellent and I learned a lot! A very enjoyable and productive training session. Thank you :)

Really fun and thought provoking

This was a fantastic course - I have learnt so much and I really enjoyed how much self-reflection there was. I am now feeling really motivated to make changes to my management and work with my team.
