Brilliant day and trainer

Great beginner course, Kevin asked us what we wanted from the day used our initial feedback and adapted the day as a result. The work book was easy to understand, the levels went from from far too easy to quite difficult. A good way to learn more about Excel.

Really enjoyed the course - I was apprehensive at first but the course ran smoothly and we touched base on lots of different areas but without it being too confusing. I have left definitely feeling as though I have learnt things today! Kevin who held the course was lovely and really helped us all with lots of different questions and showed really good examples.

Very well presented and at a good steady pace. Facilitator was patient and taught at a level that was easy to understand and grasp.

I thought the trainer was very efficient and diligent in making sure everyone got involved. I thought she handled the online approach very well in terms of letting us try out the exercises. not pressurising us to finish.

Really enjoyed the course. Lots of technical stuff, but very well explained. Serena gave the perfect mix of teaching and supporting learning through practice.
