Really great training, everything was simplified and time was given to go over any mistakes. facilitator was really friendly. 1.5 hr sessions withbreaks made it ieasy to digest

Paul is a brilliant facilitator and as with all Happy courses, the day allowed for lots of personal reflection and discussion. It was great to have time to practice new ways of thinking/communicating in relation to real situations.
This final day really helped to bring together the content of the previous sessions from team perspective rather than each of us as individual leaders.
