I learnt quite a lot on this course and it was well structured

Marwa was a fantastic trainer, adapting to changing circumstances but always holding us to account.

Really great day, Marwa was fantastic and very knowledgeable/welcoming, and explained things in accessible ways. It was a lot to fit in - which is always the issue with such complex material - and it's hard to balance getting through the material and keeping people engaged, but Marwa did a good job! I loved that there were practical tools I could take away and use in everyday life too.

Found the session really helpful - mind-blowing even! One comment may be that the amount of information was a little overwhelming and it would have benefitted from being a little shorter to retain my brain space.

I learnt alot about myself

A well balanced training without feeling pressure to disclose/speak which was refreshing. Interesting theory presented but sometimes tricky to digest, especially the tips at the end. Many thought provoking activities and liked all small group work.
