The content & depth exceeded my expectations, plus it was enjoyable & educational. Jac & Sarah are very supportive, Sarah's dark humour was a bonus. On a personal level, I like to learn experientially, so after some information I want to apply it in the real world a few times, before being given more. I found the amount of information overwhelming & I would prefer a modular way of learning, especially in-person. I'm also not a fan of sitting at a desk & screen for long periods.
The session was informative and valuable, particularly in helping us explore how different DISC styles influence buying behaviour from both the customer and buyer perspectives. The content was strong and relevant.
I really enjoy being part of the DISC community and the valuable resources and experience that is available through the Mothership and other DISCiples. It's always really valuable to get the perspective and learning from others.
