Really enjoyed the course and Carmen was excellent. The materials (Moodle, session and podcasts weer a great combination).

It was a really excellent week and Carmen was a fantastic teacher who always took the time to make sure we understood a topic before moving on and giving us plenty of oppurtinity to ask questions. The Venue was good but unfortunately was undergoing construction which was at times slightly disruptive, which is why I have removed points there. This was mitigated as well as possible by Carmen who made sure we were in meeting rooms far away from the noise and checked in with us to make sure we were okay.

Becky was great. Made the sessions enjoyable and engaging.

The classroom training together with the moodle material was the perfect combination. I also enjoyed the podcasts (even if i am not normally a podcast type of person!!).

Very intense two days with exam included late on a Friday afternoon- not great for learning

The session was really useful in preparing for the exam and useful tips provided.
