Really good course. Paul was a great trainer and provided really good insight.

Considering it's always harder for the presenter to get engagement through online sessions, Ruth did a fantastic job of staying on track and consistent throughout. The Parallel course content was extremely in depth with a raft of resources / information on offer and the presentation covered all of those learning outcomes brilliantly.

Becky presented the course well and answered any questions asked with detail and explanation.

Great course! Was worried I wouldn't feel ready for the exam in 2 days, but i did, which was great! So glad i choose the virtual, Instructor led training as opposed to the self study. I would have made so much more work for myself.

Lisa was very good and very supportive

Our trainer, Lisa, was absolutely fantastic. She was really engaging and very good at explaining everything. My only negative is the book didn't always follow the slides and sometimes the definitions that were on screen, weren't shown in the book.
