Overall Satisfied

A really enjoyable course with an instructor who was genuine and engaging. Ruth made the course fun, putting the learning into context. My only criticism is around the venue. The room was very hot and had no available aircon and the sandwich van only seemed to sound his horn when he/she was leaving. Obviously you have little control over the venue, but a brief explanation to bring your own food etc would help. Re the virtual question above-I'm not what this is referring too?

The pre course and course material was very easy to use and Ruth was very good and easy to follow.

Excellent foundation level course. Ruth was brilliant and her experience and knowledge shone through as well as her positive and engaging communication style.

Great course with good information provided by the trainer which has related to relevant examples. The ChatGPT course was very helpful.

Carmen was great. My only feedback is on Moodle that it should auto apply character limits so you can’t go over the word count.

It was a good course and the chatgpt tool was a really good tool to help with study. I think the half days were a little rushed and could benefit from some additional time.

I felt the training sessions were too short and didn't leave any time for discussion
