Seating arrangement will be better if it's in cluster format rather than lecture theatre style. It will encourage more engagement.

Course was an amazing introduction to trading. Very vast in its scope, equips you for all financial markets (not limited to oil and its derivatives but definetely prioritised). Perhaps could be more tailored for market making, for onyx new workers but as an external person, it was great to have the all around focus. Really valuable. Thanks James!
