Darrel was an outstanding instructor. As someone with no prior experience operating a forklift, I initially felt unsure, but he quickly put me at ease with his calm and supportive approach. His knowledge and ability to explain things clearly made the learning process smooth and enjoyable. I gained confidence quickly thanks to his guidance. I would highly recommend Darrel as an instructor, as well as PD Training for anyone looking for professional and high-quality training.
