Attendees particularly value the patient, knowledgeable trainers, who explain theory and practical tasks clearly, adapt to individual needs and build confidence in nervous beginners and experienced operators alike. They describe the courses as well structured, engaging and safety-focused, with plenty of hands-on practice, useful feedback and a relaxed atmosphere. Reviewers say the learning refreshes existing knowledge, develops new skills and transfers directly to safe, confident performance at work. Some note that venue temperatures can be uncomfortable.
