Best training I've had at Hedron. What next ? : 1) Build a flexible Broker Meeting structure e.g. -Prep & Planning -Introduction & Building Rapport -Gathering Information -Identify The Broker Need - Present the Need Agree Next Steps & Action Points - Execute - Follow Up Each step ( and this has been started) could be examined for Best Practice etc. and kept up to date as the business changes etc. This is also an excellent vision & base for observation & Feedback / BDC Coaching 2) Expanding Relationships in the Client Brokers ? - Use Miller Heiman / Blue sheet as a base for this ? David

Gilly was amazing she made the course fun we were all engaged throughout because all the examples and information were truly personalized and tailored to our markets. I really enjoyed this course and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to improve and excel in sales!
