This was a fantastic course which was truly engaging from start to finish. Gilly was brilliant and created a safe and encouraging space whilst at the same time pushing people out of their comfort zone and into a place where they could truly learn and take things on board. Content was excellent and felt bespoke / the planning and prep including the pre course meet up really made a big difference to the out come - would recommend the course to everyone and anyone.

Amazing workshop detail was on point and exercise’s set great and very interactive . Highly recommend.
