Enjoyed the course and the instructor went through everything I needed to know for my refresher course
Very informative, learnt many things despite having 8 years experience in the industry
The course was good and gave me a greater understanding of how to use the red book. Charlie was great as well but did feel like it was all rushed through a little - maybe this is because I am very new to everything TM related!
Response: Many thanks for the feedback Molly. We also agree that the course should be more in depth and over more days but the awarding organisation sets the course content. We will feedback to the AO on this.
