Doug was 1 of the best guys I have done a course with. Explained everything in detail through the whole course. Spent extra time making sure we understood what was expected of us.

Very well prepared, presented everything well and for that I passed with flying colours. Knows how to have a crack so it’s not all full of pressure and seriousness. Deffo recommend.
