Really useful course and the trainer was very helpful and clear and answered any concerns and questions thoroughly. It also had a lot of information around first aid planning and preparing for situations which was very useful. There were lots of examples and also practical exercises which helped and made me feel more equipped to deal with an emergency situation. I would definitely recommend the course. The location was easy to find and convenient for where I am based. Really pleased.
