I found the first aid course very informative and interesting. Shaun was an excellent tutor and explained everything effectively and simply, for me to absorb the information given.
Brilliant trainer really informative and Shaun put you at ease and made everything simple to remember and learn.
Venue was nice - just annoying we had to use key fobs everywhere. Trainer presented very well, answered all questions, never made me feel think for asking anything which i thought was stupid. Shaun has a lot of experience in this field and his understanding is great, so made learning more fun and easier as he had great stories to tell.
Lovely course. Would be nice to incorporate more our own h and s systems we use if I have to give some constructive fb. Learnful
