Very informative, very fun, and teacher provided a lot of support while maintaining a positive environment.
Fantastic course and amazing trainer. Thanks so much!
Was very happy with all aspects on the course. Shaun explained everything very well
Shaun was lovely and made the day really informative and enjoyable
Shaun was fantastic - incredibly engaging, understanding and funny. The course was interesting and kept my attention all day - I loved the practice sessions. Only thing I'd say would be to look for a venue were a key isn't required to access toilets as there wasn't enough keys for everyone.
