Venue was nice - just annoying we had to use key fobs everywhere. Trainer presented very well, answered all questions, never made me feel think for asking anything which i thought was stupid. Shaun has a lot of experience in this field and his understanding is great, so made learning more fun and easier as he had great stories to tell.

I truly feel like I have learned, and I have a much better understanding. Our instructor Shaun Blakemore was very knowledgeable, and extremely supportive. He was also very patient and went above and beyond to make sure every attendee understood what the lesson was about. Great job mate!!
