Great material and examples. Enjoy your stories by way of explaining certain scenarios. John delivered the course really well. Overall I enjoyed this course and found it very beneficial for dealing with passengers in the channels.

Found the course interesting. I would of enjoyed it more, If I was not anxious about the cross examination. However, Ian did his best to put our minds at ease.
I thought the day was going to be arduously long but ended up being well delivered and well done. Great facilitator
