I really enjoyed the training. All of the information provided was excellent. Although the content was quite heavy, Janet kept everybody interested and engaged as the course was very interactive and everybody was involved rather than just reading slides from a screen.

Very helpful back and forth with the trainer, should help us re-write our report template to be more efficient.
The course opened my eyes to a few issues that all attendees on the day understand and realise we can improve on our reports.

Course will be of great use in my current role. The room and table set , could do with more space.
