Very constructive two days. Breaking the course up over two days worked very well due to the amount of information involved. It also allowed follow up discussion of what was discussed on day one. the course answered some questions and gave us something to think about on other topics.
Provided a very good overview of the requirements to prepare and present a statement as well as giving evidence at a court hearing. The court room session provided a good insight into the type of cross examination that can take place within the case hearing.
Very worthwhile course, will recommend to colleagues.
