I enjoyed the course, the content is useful and makes you think about how you approach different scenarios and to be mindful of the language, tone and body language that we use.

I thought the scenarios with role play at the end was not very effective - this would have been more useful to people who are not dealing with conflict on a daily basis.

Very well organised and the structure makes it easy to balance with work.
