Very good course which will be extremely useful in my role. Learned many new skills and approaches

learnt how to deal with conflict in a different way. Gain knowledge of the problem with views to both sides.

It was a very good course. The only thing I would say was that I could have lost 20% content and done another practical session before lunch. Just a bit content heavy or add on another half hour practical of scenarios during the course

Great communication and valuable information.

Venue was much better than last year as more space and availability of desks helped a lot!

Enjoyed meeting colleagues, learnt a few things, and especially enjoyed the positive psychology section which I will use going forward

I work in conveyancing so the course on Form 3, Form 5 and Form 6 registration applications was particularly useful for me.
