Venue and food was great. 9.15 start was a bit too early if using public transport. Three of the speakers were good and content relevant for audience e.g. Judicial review, process of investigations, regulations. While Ivan Yates talk was entertaining I didn't see the relevance. The A1 presentation was too detailed and speakers voice was hard to hear on occasions despite having an interest in topic i switched off because it was boring.
I found the course informative and it has given me a few tips and suggestions that I will use from now on.
Very good course to help me in my role as a customs officer. Will very much help if I come across aggressive behaviour and it gives me the tools to deal with it which keeps me safe.
Very satisfied with course and very relevant to my job, will definitely be able use a lot of the material used to address conflict.
I think this course could be extended into a longer 2 day course. With 2nd day being interactive and immersive. Some very valuable practical information provided. This was not your typical death by slide show training. It was factual and work related. should be a must attend for everyone.
60 min lectures are too long. Within 10 minutes half the room were on their phones. Audio was not good unfortunately.
