Very worthwhile doing and I would recommend to others.
As I said above John was brilliant really enjoyed the course
Thanks Judy for all your hard work and useful information which will prove invaluable as I carry out my role as a conservation ranger. I hope to see you soon but perhaps not for another cross-examination! Ciarán
Very useful course and great to get a refresher on it
Fun and informative course, enjoyed role play.
The in-person day of training was stressful but really interesting and informative. It gave us lots of things to improve on and has built up our confidence in relation to dealing with hearings in the future.
Very helpful. Covered a wide range and the role play was invaluable.
Great range of info, did a great job of referring it to his audience in OT/SW/SLT/PT etc. Great to establish what people wanted from the course so he was able to facilitate for needs.
