A really enjoyable day, Niamh was really engaging and kept the day moving at a good pace for all participants. I gained a valuable insight into the importance of correct preparation and more importantly the need to stick with facts and not opinion. I now feel i would be much better prepared, if required to give evidence.

As always, Judy delivered a well researched, practical, training session. She somehow managed to allow enough time for discussion and still get through complex legislation. Her understanding and experience of the NPWS and how it operates is what truly stands out.
Excellent course, very well presented, I found it challenging and very much outside my comfort zone but I learnt so much and will use the knowledge I learnt when acting as a witness in court.
Ashling Hotel is fab,but lunches are quite heavy,something a bit lighter maybe

The cross examination skills training was excellent, providing a lot of useful information, practical experience and helpful tips to bring to the courtroom as an expert witness in future.
Really focused my mind on what write in reports and what I can stand over - regardless of who has engaged me.
