I am generally determined to be bored at these conferences, as they are CPD driven for me and, as a corporate lawyer, I find there is rarely subject matter that is of interest to me. However, this is my second year at this LaTouche conference and I have found both of them very interesting , despite my best efforts. Also, Adrian had to help Donna with the mike and cracked a Debbie McGee joke. Which I got.
Overall it was a very enjoyable and interactive course. I would recommend it to anyone in a job that could face conflict.
The role playing was key to the training.
Has given me confidence in my role and has let me see how I carry out my tasks from a very different view.
