Excellent in terms of training but also very interesting and engaging.

Very useful to hear the outline of planning law and also the experiences of other individuals who work in different aspects of planning.

A very useful review and update of material I covered many years ago.

It really helped understand how court works and demystified the process. Even just learning that you essentially just have to be clear and factual to one person (i.e. the judge), who may not have experience or understanding of your field; you therefore need to be careful about using language that may not be understood. The tricky cross-examination questions were really good and just the type of thing that someone in my field would be asked, so that was really helpful.

An excellent course, I have already recommended it to someone who I believe will benefit from it
