Probably needed more time on scenarios and case studies - would suggest a longer period ie 3 hours on that. Better to start with a case and then based on that case discussion go through various aspects such as EPOA / DMR

I really enjoyed the training. All of the information provided was excellent. Although the content was quite heavy, Janet kept everybody interested and engaged as the course was very interactive and everybody was involved rather than just reading slides from a screen.
