Very good course, professionally delivered, I found in patricular that the interaction with colleagues' experience with work complemented the theory aspects very well.

Really enjoyed and gave some good information on what we see, how it looks to view a situation and best on how to handle it even if you may get it wrong, to not interfere is worse than doing nothing.
