Absolutely no knowledge beforehand, got a brilliant score and was nervous till the end. Rob engaged with questions throughout then had the practical in a good order so practical activities trigger theoretical thoughts. Enjoyed the course throughout

Having previously attended this type of course both in person and on line the benefits of completing it in person are 10 fold.
Course was informative and engaging. I've been a lot of new information and reflected on work practices to carry out my work in a safer manner.
