The course was very informative and the practical was very fun
The course was very good and intuitive. And he explained everything clearly and worked it for our environment.
Training was very good but I have an observation. I had to walk to the rear of the building to attend the course but had to navigate past an operational fork truck. I do not class this as safe access/ egress without additional safety measures being put in place.
Great course, everything was explained in detail and not overloaded with information.
Really enjoyed the course .I now feel more confident carrying out a escue if ever needed.
