Great course a lot learnt, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to enter into this industry
Good course, but lots of scenarios in the funeral industry would be very hard to put , safe manual handling into practice. Unless specialized equipment is provided.
Learned a lot of new things on how to move things safely and effectively.
Phil was great. We just turned up and everything was taken care of.
