Overall i found the course helpful. It was conducted in a relaxed manner and not another borefest. There was a short period of distraction as one of the attendees was messing about with his system and talking to somebody else. I almost spoke up, but felt this could have been addressed by Chris.

Very interactive

Racheal, was very professional and explained well verbally and with slide shows, videos etc to what Thames Water want from subcontractors and workers safety wise.

Rachel was very clear and informative

Enjoyed the course, very informative. If I had to comment it would only be about the presentation pixelating in parts for a minute or so but that's technology for you, but yeah I would recommend the course to others.
