Trainer had a great personality. the content was very informative. Constructive criticism. There were opportunities in the slideshow which could've been used to directly engage the participates for example on the perception slide. I feel that these moments would really take the session to the next level and make it feel less like a lecture. Overall. great stuff though.

The course was good, it would be better to be more engaging material and group disscussion but overall a good course and delivered well

Perhaps a little more hands on. But overall good for a day's course.
