Another fantastic module delivered by Mark. He always does a fantastic job in getting us to think through different situations and what else we could do to resolve issues. He got us out of our comfort zones in some of the tasks but done this in a way where we would be dealing with in life queries without a doubt enabling us to deliver a better experience to our customers! Once again thank you Mark!!
