Chris was lovely and his reading was very clear and made it feel less stress full, and the presentation was very informative and aided massively in the exam.

The course contents were fine, but the method of delivery could have been better. Despite the trainer asking attendees to mute their microphones, some didn't which interrupted some of the videos and talking sessions. A platform where the trainer can mute attendees would have avoided these issues.
