Mark was brilliant

Very good course

Nice, clean environment to learn in. The rig was fun to use and good to see the pressure changes on the screen. Mark was helpful and efficient.

Really enjoyed it. Ally valve keys and the t bars are now banned by most water companies. Didn't have calm network keys on a calm network course? No mention of the new valving apps. Just needs bringing up to date.

Alan is a brilliant trainer. The course was detailed and informative. It was also delivered professionally, but with a great level of humour and interaction with the trainer and other people on the course.
