Good well paced course

Saphire is a really knowledgeable and engaging trainer. I particularly enjoined learning about the psychology of personalities and leaning styles. I was quite concerned about the dynamic of the smaller group but Saphire made it personal to us and facilitated us well. I would of liked to have done some more practicing

Given me lots of skills, techniques to put into place with both ongoing coaching and mentoring and managing staff

I enjoyed the session's topics and the facilitators' teaching styles which were relevant to the objectives of the event.

I enjoyed the training and would like the content to be deeper

I have learned a lot from Saphire. She didnt judge me and she's not intimidating. She explaines or discussed the topic well and had a patience to answer my questions.

Really engaging course, I felt like there should be more opportunity for role play. Maybe a session in the morning and then a session in the afternoon to get us moving and motivated a bit more.

Good mix of material that made the course engaging and insightful.

Really engaging session, thank you Kirsty and it was beneficial to be in such a small group as we all spoke very open and honestly and were able to engage.

Lots of content to cover but Kirsty was engaging and kept the flow going well. I think more time to practise the learnings with feedback from Kirsty would have been beneficial to myself as part of the initial course but overall a great couple of days
