A very professional package, worth every moment. Real value in immersion (dedicating a day, with practical exercises and feedback) which encouraged engagement with control & confidence.
Challenging but insightful. I learned a lot in a very short space of time. The tools and techniques learned will apply to other aspects of my role eg presentations etc.

Really engaging session, trainers were friendly but also helped challenge our thinking and techniques. Would have loved to have spent the whole day there as felt half day not quite enough time. I feel much more confident having done the training and would highly recommend
