A very professional package, worth every moment. Real value in immersion (dedicating a day, with practical exercises and feedback) which encouraged engagement with control & confidence.

Challenging but insightful. I learned a lot in a very short space of time. The tools and techniques learned will apply to other aspects of my role eg presentations etc.
