Sessions 5 and 6 were extremely valuable and enjoyable. The trainers created a supportive, inclusive, and psychologically safe learning environment that encouraged participation, reflection, and learning. I particularly appreciated the constructive feedback provided throughout the sessions, which helped build my confidence and develop my skills in managing discussions and delivering course content. I left the sessions feeling more confident, motivated, and prepared for my role as an Instructor Member.

Great, always clear with instructions

The course continues to maintain the excellent start from the first 2 days. I was a little apprehensive about delivering online as this is completely new for me. However the support from Ben, Cecile and my peers was superb.

I am not ordinarily a fan of Online training courses. This course has completely changed my opinion! I have felt engaged from the first session and I am feeling much more confident about delivering MHFA courses.

As i reach the end of the training, I would like to thank Ben and Cecile for their professionalism, knowledge, warmth and humour. I haven't enjoyed a training course as much as this one for a very long time. I leave having the confidence to deliver the MHFA course in my workplace, knowing that I will continue to have their support, as well as that of my peers.

Set me up for success - great pace of delivery - opportunity to ask questions and the notes are easy to follow and interesting

It was nice to be able to put the skills in to practice and understand how the delivery would work. The instructors built a good collective cohort which enabled us to feel comfortable around one another and that the workspace was inclusive and safe to practice the initial deliveries.

I think the use of guest speakers is really powerful as mentioned in a previous section. Its always great to get an insight into other peoples lives in a safe space where you can ask questions without feeling ignorant or potentially insensitive. The course in this section was really good to instil the basics and prepare for the solo delivery.

Having completed the course I think the layout of the course was brilliant. It was nice not to methodically go over the content and instead focus on key delivery techniques and trust the process of structure of the material to guide us with timings and content.
