Serena was very approachable, patient and explained things clearly and concisely.
Training was helpful. I found the ability to follow hands on using the demo spreadsheet provided useful. Speed of training was at times too fast, but not overly so.
I'm quite slow to learn but came away with lots of tips and tricks to make Excel more useful for me.
really enjoyed this - the first time I have ever enjoyed an IT course!
I learnt a lot, trainer was amazing but short in time and everything was just so fast and back to back, without time for more practice .
Rudy was a really great trainer and the pace of class was so good, which meant we went over everything thoroughly. I feel a lot more confident with Excel now.
Great learning, very helpful. teacher was full of valuable knowledge and extended when needed. Skills to use in everyday work.
next time could be better to have a separate session for the remote only people, nonetheless Paul did great as it wasn't easy to keep up with both people in presence and people on remote.
