The introduction and structure was very well done, everything was explained very well and easy to follow steps, handing the keyboard regularly to myself to practice what we had been through was invaluable, throughout and more so towards the end practical examples of items learned were applied to some of our live Workbooks. I would not hesitate to use or recommend again.

Chris was a wonderful instructor. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and was more than knowledgeable about everything he was teaching us. We cannot wait to schedule our next training with him!

Very good course

Very good training of the topic I find difficult. I feel now more confident thanks to Rudy, who explained everything very in detail and so many things make sense now.

Rudy was great, very personable and supportive when ever any member of the team was struggling. He created a safe space for the team to learn and made time for the individuals whenever it was required.
