The trainer made everyone feel comfortable in asking any type of question. He took his time in explaining the steps and eagerly helped anyone who needed assistance.
Great course for its time length, not too long or too complex. Would book onto an advanced course if work required it.

teacher had very easy, friendly manner and answered questions quickly and clearly; overall course was good although for my needs getting into parts of excel i personally didn't need. but good to know how much it can do

Chris was hugely helpful and knowledgeable. He ensured we understood what had been taught before moving on, using the share screen capability to talk us through each part. He was very comprehensive and made sure he explained not only what we were doing, but why - which made understanding the course much easier. I learnt something new within the first five minutes, which instantly engaged me in the course and materials - it was really well done!
