I thoroughly enjoyed the course with Chris today and I felt it definitely refreshed my knowledge on some areas and also taught me some new skills. Overall I'm very happy with the way the course went.
Overall thought it was a really useful course and Serena was excellent and explained things really clearly, a very good teacher. We looked at spreadsheets we were currently working on and she explained ways to streamline them and we tested it during the session. Was good to put the teachings in to practice.
Serena was amazing she was so patient and was great with all of her knowledge surround excel I learnt so much

Serena was excellent - very clear and patient, and ensured there was plenty of opportunity to recap or ask any questions.
Paul was a great trainer, friendly and really helpful. He was happy to go momentarily off topic to ensure we all understood the basics behind the next task. Loved the small group, I felt like I had 1-2-1 support with all tasks throughout. Location was very convenient too!

I was surprised that lunch was provided, would have been great if I had known before venturing outside in the rain! The only negative comment I have is that the room was small and had no windows, which made it difficult to concentrate in the second half of the course
Really useful course, taught me a lot of functions / shortcuts I can easily implement into my work spreadsheets
